Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received. Unless the error was ours, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once you return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please check you bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund yet - please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the returned item will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are shipping outside of the USA, you maybe responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery of your package.
